Come to the spacious, light-filled East Street Yoga Studio. Located close to everything at 47 East Street in Hadley, right under the water tower, you’ll feel like you’re far away from it all! You’ll practice on the second floor of a converted barn with skylights to see the stars and sun pouring in the windows. Tuition for a single in-person studio class. All students coming into the studio must be fully vaccinated. Masks are required. I look forward to practicing with you in person.

I can’t take my eyes off this beautiful piece of art!
Sam created a wedding shower gift of dreams! She wove family history into a gorgeous useful and lush shawl for the bride, who brought it all the way to Europe and included it in her wedding celebrations. Sam was thoughtful and responsive as an artist and weaver, asking questions and offering options at each step of the process. I swear to goodness there is love woven directly into the artwork. I already have a new request for her.
I took this class last winter and I look forward to taking it again this fall! Its an intentional meditation practice (both the meditation AND the weaving) but you learn a craft too! And create a beautiful object that is meaningful! While I had done various arts and crafts as a child- I was new to weaving. I was surprised how quickly the skills came with Sam’s guidance. Can’t wait to take it again! Hope to see you there.
Wonderful, creative, fun, and grounding class!
Sam and goat yoga is amazing! Sam’s class has allowed me to become grounded in myself, connect with earth and living beings all at once. After being in a state of high anxiety constantly, this class is has been a blessing. I highly recommend this class to anyone seeking the same peace.
