Here is a magical tapestry if there ever was one! Originally woven as an ocean piece, for many moons it did not have mermaids on it. Until one day, while looking at the tapestry, I saw the mermaids, got out my felting needle and brought them into being!

Of course, I’ve never seen a mermaid and likely neither have you, and yet their presence continues on through generations. My five year old daughter certainly believes in them. There are so many stories and myths about mermaids.  Creating this tapestry was amazing because I did not expect them. It is just this kind of unexpected magic that they want to bring into your life and home. That is their special message—of unexpected good coming your way.
