Have you ever had a piece of clothing made just, and especially, for you? Each Mystical Mystery scarf is intuitively and spontaneously handwoven to create a truly magical and enchanted garment. Whether you wear it for special ritual and ceremony or put it on every day, it carries an enfolding sense of both the mystical and the mystery with it.
The scarves you see in the photos are only a sample. And you see some of the women with their MMS scarves! Yours will be totally original to you. When you purchase, please put in the notes 1. your favorite color, or colors you don’t like OR your birthdate (no year necessary) or 3. something that feels important about you. No need to give lots of information! This scarf is different than a custom order as what you will receive will be a surprise to you–and to me!

Loved my visit to the farm with my 8 year old granddaughter. Sam is a great educator who welcomed Gert warmly, encouraged her and showed her just what to do to feel comfortable in the farm environment and in the fiber art studio. The visit was excellent; Both Sam and the farm are gems. It was a unique experience, that I hope becomes more known in our greater community.

The Over and Around Us tapestry is a beautiful work of art-weaving at first glance. Bright colors, both rich and soft, bright and enlivening. Full of depth of texture, and interest of added pieces, beautifully capturing the ethereal qualities of earth, air, fire and water. I was drawn to it immediately, and so happy to hang it in my sunroom, where I have enjoyed it everyday since. However, beyond it’s immediate appeal, as it has hung in my home, I have come to feel that it is not only a beautiful work of art to look at, but that it’s presence has made my house feel more of a home. Magical, grounding and inspiring. It touches my soul each day, reminding me of what I want to be connected to. It’s a magical wonder that Sam weaves so much more than fibers into her work!
When I first saw these wonderful creations, I immediately thought of them as perfect Christmas gifts for my two nieces who loved their Gramma Kay. Thank you for custom designing for them. They each sit in a prominent place in their homes.
