Your Personalized One-on-One Yoga Class


Imagine having a class totally devoted to you! This is an opportunity to get individualized teaching for exactly what you need. If you are working with an injury or a recovery, or handling extra stress, loss or new challenges, I’ll spend time talking to you and working with you to design a class and a sequence you can continue to use on your own. As always, this is more than just poses. The class will be designed for your heart and mind also and the intention is for healing and growth. I’ve taught one-on-one with those wanting to deepen their practice, learn something new, heal after illness, recover from heartbreak, and move on from chronic problems. Let’s do this for you! Class can be virtual, via Zoom, or in person, and lasts about 70 minutes.
