30-Minute Dynamic Flow


This easy to follow flowing class is lunch-break length. You can do it anytime you have time. It moves fluidly through a simple series of postures to open and strengthen the whole body, including balance poses, shoulder openers and twists. You’ll be moved *almost* effortlessly from poses to poses and be surprised when you are done! Part of the Yoga For When You Don’t Have Time for Yoga-Toolbox, this is a fantastic practice to use on a regular basis. All, except for absolute beginners, would benefit from this active, balanced class.
