30 Minute Meditative Flow


This posture practice has it all and all in just 30 minutes. Move through the sun salute, standing poses, balance poses, hip releases, floor poses and a lovely relaxation. You’ll get detailed instruction on the fundamentals of many of the standing practices. This is an excellent class for beginning and intermediate students. Strong and compassionate in tone, you’ll want to do this practice every time you have a little window to practice. Bring yourself into alignment, find your foundation and feel yourself standing in your integrity. In half-an-hour! 🙂
