Are you going in for a surgery? Healing from an injury? Moving through a time of particular challenges? Recovering from loss? Let me make you a gift that you can listen to over and over, a gift of healing, presence and individualized meditation. An audio made for you will be usually be between 15-30 minutes, but length can also be customized. First, we’ll talk on the phone. You can share your heart with me or simply give me an outline of what you are preparing for. I’ve made custom meditations for those in surgery, going through divorce, giving birth, and recovering from injuries. After we talk, I will record your relaxation/meditation so that it speaks directly to your experience of challenge and healing. I’ve been told that these personalized recordings are particularly powerful and have helped tremendously in recovery as they directly speak to your unique experience.

Sam created a wedding shower gift of dreams! She wove family history into a gorgeous useful and lush shawl for the bride, who brought it all the way to Europe and included it in her wedding celebrations. Sam was thoughtful and responsive as an artist and weaver, asking questions and offering options at each step of the process. I swear to goodness there is love woven directly into the artwork. I already have a new request for her.
