Divorce can feel worse than death. Despite this, there is little support available for us as we walk through its challenges. Shame and guilt often accompany us, as well as anger and despair. You won’t find much spiritual support for divorce either. And yet, spiritual support is critical because divorce IS a sacred journey. Having gone through my own harrowing divorce, I draw on my work as a minister, yoga teacher and spiritual mentor to offer you transformative support during this process, acting as midwife for your new beginning.
