This scarf is a twin (fraternal not identical!) to the original Nantucket Blues scarf commissioned by novelist Nancy Thayer, creator of the fictional Nantucket Blues store in her latest novel, The Summer We Started Over.

This piece is woven primarily from rayon chenille making it fluid, so soft to the touch, drapey and good for all season. Woven in are colorful ribbons, upcycled cloth and beautiful hand-dyed roving. This gives it texture, aliveness, and little bits of color and touch.
