30-Minute Chair Yoga


Yes, you can do yoga sitting down! This class will release the tension from all the sitting you DO do, open up the back and chest, relax neck and shoulders, and bring you into a calmer state. Perfect for times when you can’t practice on the floor, whether after an accident or injury, when working with a larger health project, or when you can’t get to the floor, as well as for times when you simply want to sit and receive. I recorded this class when seven months pregnant so you will notice my baby bump!
