Start your week with some peace and focus!

Join me the second Monday of every month from 11:30-12 noon for my signature guided meditation. This meditation practice is accessible to all and held via Zoom. If you’ve never done one with me, it’s like going on a wonderful journey! The goal of the practice is to feel grounded and centered, but more than that, you’ll find yourself opening up to fresh inspiration, new ideas and letting of old ideas that no longer serve. Refresh, restore, realign.

We will breathe, visualize, open our hearts and tune in leaving us ready to face the rest of the day, the rest of the week.
