60-Minute Energetic Seated Practice


Want to feel really good? Then this is the class for you. When you stand up after this practice you will feel strong and relaxed in your hips, grounded walking, and easy in your back. This is an entirely floor class–but invigorating! Full of side-bends, twists, hip openers, and chest openers, this deeply rooting practice will anchor you. This is a recording of a zoom class and thus a lively, engaged practice that will make you feel you are taking a live class. Good for all levels but some yoga experience is helpful.
