60-Minute Moderate Vinyasa


This class is full of fun, laughter and movement through variations of the sun salutation. The very first recorded Zoom class in the pandemic (and maybe the first class after social distancing began), it is a flowing practice filled with humor. A great class to do as part of a regular practice, it includes standing, seated and floor postures. Feel free to adapt or modify as needed. You will see me modify to make room for my belly in my seventh month of pregnancy. This practice will put you in a good mood! All levels, except brand-new beginners, can do this practice.
