60-Minute Moon Practice


Flow through the moon salutation, open your side body, liberate your hips and get in touch with the power of the moon. Use this practice on the full moon or anytime you want to strengthen your own moon energy. A more moderate paced vinyasa class, you will delight in the rhythm of the receptive moon dance and get in touch with your receptive side. This class is a recording of a live zoom class and so full of the normal variations of a live class. Best for those who have some yoga experience.
