60-Minute Morning Practice


This delightful practice will bring you joyfully into the new day with a meditation on Swami Kripalu’s teaching on “experiments in love” woven throughout. Reflection, inspiration and renewal abound as you begin your day immersed in presence. This practice is for all: beginner, intermediate or advanced. It includes short meditations, breath practice and a variety of poses to open the whole body with an emphasis on seated poses. Whether you use it in the actual morning or when you feel like you need a new beginning, you will love this gentle, meditative, compassionate hour of your day. A recorded Zoom class, it has the normal variations of an engaging, lively in person class.
